Amazon Student Programs seeks a Sr Program Manager to serve as the global single-threaded leader for employee referrals.

Responsibilities * Design, implement, own global employee referral processes. * Establish key performance for the Student Programs Global Employee Referrals. * Partner with Employee Referral programs to establish a workflow process for intake, tracking. * Partner with POCs across Amazon recruiting to build best practices around candidate engagement, especially for referred candidates * Work with core Employee Referral POCs in the business to find insights and constantly up-level the customer experience. * Use data and testing to optimize and improve ER program and campaigns. * Partner with your business/recruiting leadership team to review ER metrics and create an action plan to meet your ER goals for the year.Basic Qualifications * * 5+ years in program management, recruiting, or talent management for a global corporate entity * Experience measuring program impact against pre-defined success metrics, and proven ability to employ data-driven, transparent decision making * Track record of writing narratives and successfully presenting to senior business leaders Amazon is an Equal Opportunity Employer – Minority / Women / Disability / Veteran / Gender Identity / Sexual Orientation / Age
