Job Description

We are actively hiring a Mission Manager Senior Mentor with TS/SCI and polygraph to join our team working in Augusta, GA. You will be responsible for the planning, execution, and management of the resources needed to accomplish the tasks on the contract. This role will report directly to the Contract Program Manager.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide 24/7 expert Mission Management support, develop procedural working aids, maintain training records, create course curriculum and training references, and provide the government with advice for job qualification standards. The Mission Manager Senior Mentor will be responsible for
  • Maintain operational currency by supporting real world missions, instructing training courses in the areas of platform training courses in the area of mission management, and providing graphic presentations and briefings that contribute to the Weekly Activity Report, and to educate supported units in capabilities.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • Must possess an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
  • Five (5) years' experience of last seven (7) years' performing:
      • RF Collect with DF operations
      • Real-Time RF COMINT
      • Manual, automatic or synthetic T/FDOA geolocation
      • Experience and/or current certification as on-shift Mission Manager
      • Passive Geolocation Certification
      • Active Geolocation Certification
      • Real-time RF COMINT Collection and/or COMINT threat warning Reporting of: Narrow-band Push-to-Talk; DMR; 2G, 3G, and 4G technologies; T/FDOA; Multi-aperture DF
