Job Description

The Alaka`ina Foundation Family of Companies (FOCs) has a potential need for Project Manager-Seniors to support our government customer located in Fort Gordon, GA.

DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide operations management support to include handling routine of tasks for managing the CCoE's IT operations functions including the training network's environments on all supported classifications, and providing Tier 1, 2, and coordinate Tier 3 support on the Fort Gordon administrative networks.
  • Track and coordinate all IT project efforts managed by the CCoE G6; manage the Systems Operations Center; provide using VMware standard products a dashboard showing the current state of the training network; assign and route trouble tickets; receive, assign, track, and evaluate taskings\TASKORDs\OPORDs\and similar assignments to the CCoE G6.
  • Schedule, manage, and execute the CCoE G6 Change Control Board process, coordinating with internal personnel and external stakeholders, to ensure the CCoE G6 can make appropriate change decisions. The contractor prepared for meetings and collected due outs.
  • Provide an IT project management shop consisting of IT Project Management SME's which shall coordinate and execute requirement gathering, and engineer a solution based upon best practices, Army policies, current RMF inherited controls, and required system integrations.
  • Using ITIL, PMBOK, or other approved project methodology, develop Work Break Downs, Project plans, project charters, resourcing requirements documents, and other documents as necessary to accomplish a project upon Government approval.
  • Receive and support projects at any stage/phase in the project cycle initiating, planning, execution, monitoring & controlling, and closing tasks.
  • Manage all assigned projects to ensure adherence to schedule and authorized budgets.
  • Provide an Executive Summary (EXSUM) outlining key points obtained from any meeting to the government.

REQUIRED DEGREE/EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:

  • Must be Information Assurance Workforce (IAWF) Information Assurance Technical level II (IAT II) certified with at least one (1) baseline certification: CCNA Security; CySA+ **; GICSP; GSEC; Security+ CE; CND; or SSCP.
  • Possess and maintain an active Project Management Professional (PMP) commercial certification at contract start date

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • At least 3 years in IA technology or a related area.
  • Must be available by phone or email from 0730-1700, Monday thru Friday except Federal holidays or when the government facility is closed for administrative reasons.

REQUIRED CITIZENSHIP AND CLEARANCE:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Final Top Secret with eligibility for TS/SCI Clearance
