As a Cyber Training and Exercise Planner, you understand the value of hunt-forward operations, and you know that battles are won in the grey. We're looking for cyber training and education professionals like you to apply your knowledge in MISO, PSYOP, intel, and information operations domains.

In this role, you'll support the synchronization of training and exercises across multiple cyber and information disciplines for a large DoD program. You will also contribute to cyber training plans for DoD personnel, including civilian, military, and contractor personnel operating at tactical and senior executive levels. Identify opportunities to improve cyber program processes and identify change management issues or requirements for strategic implementation. In addition, you may plan, design, and deliver training and exercise events.

• 8+ years of experience and a Bachelors degree in a relevant topic

• 3+ years of experience planning training and exercises for the DoD

• 1+ years of experience support training objectives for the MISO, PSYOP, and information operations domains

• Active Top Secret clearance

• DoD 8140/8570 IAT II Certification or above
