Athenix is seeking qualified Senior Mentor who shall provide on-site and 24/7/365 real-time mentoring support, develop working aids, maintain currency records for JOIO operators, course curriculum, and training references; provide the government with advice for job qualification standards; maintain currency by supporting real world SIGINT mission; and instruct platform-training courses in the area of mission management.
Requirements:
- Five (5) or more years of operational experience directly related to real-time time sensitive collection and/or reporting in support of military operations, within the last seven (7) years, with the government client and/or another Intelligence Agency or DoD/military component.
- Experience and/or current certification as an on-shift Mission Manager is required.
- A TS/SCI w/ Polygraph clearance is required.
