Position Summary: Altamira is seeking qualified candidates to fill our Collection/Reporting Senior Mentor positions in Augusta, GA. The Collection/Reporting Senior Mentor possesses certifications in multiple specialized, technical capabilities that will contribute direct operational and training support for a 24/7, 365-day workforce. Contingent upon contract award.

Position Description: The Collection/Reporting Senior Mentor will provide on-site, real-time mentoring support, develop working aids, maintain qualification records for geolocation operator proficiency improvement, develop course curriculum, and training references; provide advice for job qualification standards; maintain currency by supporting real-world SIGINT operations; and instruct platform-training courses in the area of tactical, reporting and collection operations. This position may require the assignment to work rotating shifts.

Required Qualifications: The Collection/Reporting Senior Mentor will possess the following capabilities:

  • Five (5) years of operation and/or instruction experience within the last seven (7) years producing multi-mode precision geolocation solutions, time-sensitive reporting, and other intelligence-community product reporting
  • Current or previous experience time-sensitive reporting
  • Possesses knowledge and experience utilizing customer databases and multi-media reporting systems, and writing styles
  • Knowledge and experience in multi-technology geolocation operations and RF collection operations
  • Clearance Required: TS/SCI w/Polygraph

Desired Qualifications:

  • Current or previous experience as a certified instructor supporting the training and operational support to one or more geolocation technologies
  • Ability and willingness to obtain multiple geolocation specialized certifications
