Responsibilities

Peraton seeks a Cyber Training Planner - Future Operations to support to the Army Training Analyst and Leader Development Program (LDP). Location: Fort Eisenhower, GA.

In this role, you will provide Cyber Mission Force planning support to Army Cyber Command (ARCYBER) G37 with the goal of helping ARCYBER and the entire Army plan, build, sustain, modernize, and optimize training the Army's CMF, IO, EW, and CO forces with TRADOC.

Tasks include:

    Update Army plans and orders such as ARCYBER Reg 350-1 and ARCYBER PAM 350-1
  • Facilitate working groups, in progress reviews, and other collaborative sessions;
  • Conduct CMF training coordination with cyber course providers and schools
  • Capture and report lessons learned and better business practices of building and training the CMF;
  • Manage DCO schools training management
  • Develop and codify COAs for training requirements following COVID-19 response initiative
  • Update SharePoint Sites to Maintain DCS
  • Develop and codify DCO business rules and best practices
  • Evaluating mission essential tasks (METs) to ensure that they align with assigned and standard missions and doctrine
Qualifications

Required

  • Minimum of 12 years with BS/BA, Minimum of 10 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 7 years with Ph.D, Will consider HS+16 years of experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field such as IT, CS, or similar
  • 1 to 2 years direct experience with cyberspace operations
  • 1 to 2 years of Training Management experience (Cyber Mission Planners)
  • Familiarity with current DoD (e.g. Service, Joint) cyberspace system and network concepts and constructs.
  • Familiar with either CMF and/or IO and/or EW forces and PCTE environment SharePoint Content Manager or Developer Experience with records management (ARIMS preferred)
  • Experience with the knowledge management process
  • Experience with processing Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests
  • Direct knowledge and experience of the military decision making process (MDMP) and/or Joint Operations Planning Process (JOPP) and their respective products, inputs, and outputs to include military plans and orders (Army experience preferred)
  • Knowledge of USCYBERCOM, HQDA and Joint Staff (JS) staff processes and procedures.
  • Knowledge of cyberspace and intelligence operations-related governing US Code such as Title 6, Title 10, Title 18, Title 32, Title 40, Title 44, and Title 50
  • Completion of the Army or Joint Cyber Operations Planning courses such as ACOPC or BCNOPC
  • Active TS/SCI w/Poly and the ability to obtain/maintain MEAD

Target Salary Range
$112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
