About Your Role:

Makes home visits, transports client to and from appointments, teaches community living skills such as grocery shopping and paying bills. CM will coordinate needed services for consumers in the community.
Does the Following Apply to You?
  • Bachelor's Degree in Social Worker or Psychology required.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
  • Have an understanding of and sensitivity to serving the culturally diverse and special needs population
  • Possess knowledge of the populations served in the services provided
  • Some experience working with the Mental and Behavioral field
  • Valid Drivers License and automobile insurance
