DMI, LLC is seeking a Workflow Coordinator - Cyber to join one of our customers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
As a Cyber Workflow Administrator, your duties and responsibilities may vary depending on the organization and its specific needs. However, here's a general list of tasks you might be responsible for:
Workflow Design and Implementation: Design, develop, and implement cyber workflow processes to streamline tasks related to cybersecurity operations. This could include incident response, threat intelligence analysis, vulnerability management, etc.
Tool Configuration and Management: Configure and manage workflow automation tools and platforms such as Jira, ServiceNow, or custom-built solutions tailored to the organization's needs.
Policy Development: Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to develop policies and procedures for workflow management, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
User Training and Support: Provide training to users on how to use workflow management tools effectively. Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to ensure smooth operation of workflows.
Workflow Optimization: Continuously assess and optimize existing workflows to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enhance overall cybersecurity posture.
Integration with Security Tools: Integrate workflow management systems with other cybersecurity tools such as SIEM
Education and Years of Experience: 10 years of expreience
Required and Desired Skills/Certifications:
Min Citizenship Status Required: Must be a US Citizen
Physical Requirements: No Physical requirement needed for this position.
Location: Remote, but candidate is required to be located within a 50-mile radius of Washington DC.
