Responsibilities

Peraton seeks an Intelligence Exercise Trainer for the ARCYBER G2 Foundry Team to provide support for intelligence training and exercises following all applicable intelligence and/or training doctrine (e.g., DoD Joint Publications). Location: Fort Eisenhower, GA.

In this role, support ARCYBER with training and course content development with an emphasis on Information Advantage (IA) technical training (Foundry courses), such as CYB-301 (CTTIP), CYB-302 (ISCO), CYB-390 (ISIA), WOAC Seminars, and Cyber Shield Exercise support.

Tasks include:

    Assist in exercise white cell support.
  • Identify and recommend innovative solutions to training issues, including course delivery, course development, course marketing, data analytics, and IT planning for training / educational environments to enhance intelligence capabilities.
  • Provide MTT courses.
  • Provide a course capability on Army Training Development Capability (TDC)/Army Training Information System (ATIS).
  • Provide Training and Readiness Oversight (TRO)
Qualifications

Required:

  • Minimum of 12 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 10 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 7 years with Ph.D. Will consider HS with 16 years of revelant experience.
  • Intelligence discipline familiarity and cyber/IW/IO technical knowledge.
  • Able to coordinate and deliver course content worldwide via an MTT, electronic method/virtual, or in residence at a government designated location and in coordination with multiple units.
  • Integrate with analysts and teams in the ARCYBER G2 and Cyber Military Intelligence Group, as required/directed, to keep current and future curriculum development relevant.
  • Able to support travel requirements to support worldwide exercises, as required.
  • Clearance TS SCI w/poly and the ability to obtain MEAD clearance.

Preferred:

  • Instructor qualified through the Army Basic Instructors course or equivalent.
  • At least 10 years of general military intelligence analysis, OR 5 years of cyber network operations/analysis experience.
  • Proficient in providing detailed written and oral briefings to senior flag officers and decision-makers.
  • Demonstrated effective communication skills in accordance with ICD 203 (Analytical Standards).
  • Certified in at least one of the following: NET+, SEC+, or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of the TCP/IP and OSI models.

Target Salary Range
$112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
