Insight is looking for an energetic, motivated, and resourceful self-starter to oversee the development and execution of internal and external communications for our Microsoft Partner Management team. This position requires a combination of strong writing skills, project management, and ability to translate business strategies into key messages and compelling content.

This role will advance our ongoing strategic PR planning and scheduling, owning the Microsoft Partner Management team internal and external communications cadences, suggesting content ideas and coordinating with key stakeholders across the business. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the technology sector and evolve our communications process to illustrate our company journey in becoming an industry-leading solutions integrator.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attention to detail and skillful editor/copywriter, you'll ensure communications messaging and materials are high quality, accurate, appropriate, and integrated with company priorities and themes.
  • Compile, edit and create content to provide important updates on our Microsoft solutions business.
  • Work cross-functionality with marketing, partner management, and practice teams to gather content and meet timelines for internal communications.
  • Develop communication templates and implement best practices for continual improvement.
  • Lead the project management of multiple Microsoft programs simultaneously.
  • Implement metrics reports to measure the impact of internal and external communication channels and bring an always-learning approach.
  • Support content teams and demand generation teams communications, including but not limited to, campaign announcements, events and speaking engagements, internal events, speaker submissions, product launches, etc.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in corporate communications, marketing, or related role.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly coordinate and provide information to internal, external and executive audiences.
  • Outstanding writing, grammar, editing and proofreading skills.
  • High level of attention to details, deadlines and clear communications.
  • Strong project management skills, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI.
  • Computer skills: Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams.)
  • Experience with Marketo, or other marketing platform is a plus, but not required.

The base compensation for this position ranges between $80,000-97,500, plus additional bonus incentives available.
