TICO Manufacturing, a leader in the logistics and heavy equipment industry for over thirty years, is seeking a skilled Systems Analyst to join our IT team in Ridgeland, South Carolina. Position Summary:

The Systems Analyst will play a crucial role in enhancing and maintaining our Epicor/Kinetic ERP system. This role involves developing customized solutions, managing databases, and ensuring continuous improvement and integration of new technologies. The position offers the chance to impact our dynamic team by providing innovative solutions in a family-oriented atmosphere.

Principle Duties:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain customized dashboards, screens, and reports within the Epicor/Kinetic ERP system.
  • Create applications using Tulip MES and develop solutions with Microsoft Power Apps.
  • Assist end users with Epicor-related issues, ensuring optimal system performance.
  • Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and monitor system integrity throughout the day.
Secondary Duties:
  • Handle additional IT-related tasks as assigned.
Experience and Education:
  • Proven experience in ERP customization, specifically with Epicor/Kinetic.
  • Strong knowledge of C#, T-SQL, JSON, and RESTful APIs.
  • Proficiency in BI tools, Business Activity Queries (BAQs), Dashboards, BPMs, and Crystal/SSRS Reports.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint Online, Power BI, and Bartender.
Preferred Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business Administration Information Systems.
  • At least 3 years of related work experience in database management and IT systems.
Additional Requirements:
  • Must pass a background check, drug screen, and maintain a clean driving record.
  • Ability to obtain a TWIC credential.
