Position: Associate Suites

Department: Ticket Office - Premium Services / Hospitality Department

Reports to: Reports to Manager, Premium Services

Status: Part-Time (Non-exempt)

Position Summary

Associate-Suites play an integral role in delivering exceptional and memorable experiences for our premium guests. As a member of the Premium Services Match Day Staff, you are a key player in fostering and enhancing client relationships by ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience in our Premium spaces.

Primary Responsibilities

  • This position will be responsible for the service and execution of delivering premium level hospitality during the 2024 Charlotte Football Club Season.
  • Assists with the setup, execution, and breakdown with pre- and post- match activations within the Premium areas.
  • Assist in providing a specialized level of customer service to clients and vendors, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Actively monitoring credentialed access in Premium spaces by checking tickets and wristbands.
  • Match Day responsibilities include, but are not limited to, working as Hospitality Leads, Greeters, Food and Beverage Attendants

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be flexible for all Charlotte Football Club home matches for the 2024 Season, including events held on weekends, nights, and holidays.
  • Must be adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.
  • Have a positive and solution-oriented attitude.
  • Maintain a calm and professional demeanor in exclusive and confidential situations.
  • Must be dependable and accountable with report times.
  • Work well in collaborative, team environment.
  • Must, at all times, display the character and values of the Tepper Sports & Entertainment brand.

Work Environment

  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the job which include lifting (up to 50 lbs.), standing, stooping, and walking for an extended period.
  • Ability to remain standing/walking for up to 8 hours.
  • Ability to climb stairs.
  • Ability to work in outdoor stadium environments which may include inclement weather.
  • Must be able to work in non-traditional settings, and work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
