Position Description

We are seeking a highly experience, Regional Sales Manager for our Eastern/South Eastern sales territory, responsible to cover from Pennsylvania to Florida.  This is a unique opportunity for the right candidate, who thrives on challenges, fst-pace, competitive market, and has a proven track-record of producing successful sales.  This key position is responsible for maintaining existing accounts as well as developing new sales opportunities, through an aggressive, pro-active approach and by providing sound leadership with lighting agents and specifiers. 
 
This position requires extensive travel routinely, including to NY headquarters.  Must have strong architectural commercial lighting knowledge. 
 
The ideal candidate will have strong business leads & contacts, be self-driven, motivated and be results-oriented.  The position requires:
 
  • A minimum of 4+ years experience in sales management in the lighting industry, preferably architectural lighting.
  • Bachelor degree in business administration or similar.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of specification grade architectural exterior and/or interior lighting.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills

Strong, current computer skills, to include MS Word, Excel and be able to provide territory reports routinely.
